ABOUT US

We are a movement that promotes human development through pro bono coaching programs, assisting people whose ability to independently decide and act toward well-being for themselves, their families, and their social and work environments has been affected by various circumstances. To achieve this goal, we make our programs and activities available to government agencies, associations, foundations, NGOs, businesses, communities, and groups to multiply the positive effects of cooperation and solidarity. To carry out our work, we operate through a network of coaches specialized in various areas of intervention, organized under well-defined ethical and humanitarian principles.

Coaching focuses on the meanings and redefinition of the individual, thereby addressing different areas of their life, motivating themselves, focusing, building strategies, and implementing changes through action.

Coaching is, therefore, a methodology that helps people discover for themselves how to function in a new environment, improve their competencies, develop cognitive skills, evolve at the level of identity, and grow.

It's always been said that the teacher knows something the student doesn't. In coaching, it's the other way around: the person is the expert and has the answers within.

The coach only helps you discover them, put them into action, and achieve your life goals.

The essence of coaching is, therefore:

Therapy involves working with people seeking relief from psychological symptoms. Therapy addresses mental health and is used when the person requires emotional healing and relief from mental pain. Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on people's mental growth.

Coaching helps people move from where they are to where they want to be. What do I want? What do I need? How will I get there? These are some of the questions people learn to uncover within themselves (Vidal-Salazar, Cordón-Pozo & Ferrón Vílchez, 2011).

Coaching can be considered a conversation in a productive, results-oriented context and essentially consists of helping individuals access what they know. They may never have asked the questions, but they have the answers. The coach's job is to assist, support, and encourage individuals to find those answers (Colomo & Casado, 2006).

Coaching is a process that seeks the maximum development of a person and when carried out properly offers an enormous transformative force (Vilallonga, 2005).

OUR NETWORK OF COACHES

RED DE VOLUNTARIOS

Coaches Sin Fronteras is made up of a network of coaches who voluntarily contribute hours of coaching, mentoring, and support to positively impact the lives of those who require our intervention.

Our coaches are associated with and/or certified by the ICF - International Coach Federation. In addition to completing rigorous educational and practice requirements to earn their ICF credential, each coach undergoes our organization's rigorous assessment, which measures personality, attitude mapping, professional training, and experience to determine their eligibility to join our volunteer network.

Our network of volunteer coaches is made up of doctors, psychologists, educators, sociologists, business leaders, entrepreneurs, communicators, engineers, administrators, and economists, among others. All with a common focus: helping others.

We share common values ​​that unite us and commit us to helping people unleash their potential for change through simple, concrete actions that achieve concrete, sustainable results.

HOW WE WORK

WE OFFER PROFESSIONAL PRO BONO COACHING SERVICES

Coaching Sin Fronteras offers its services pro bono and works as follows:

  1. The institution requests our participation and appoints a project leader who will be

    the link between the organization and us.

  2. After an approach session, the project leader provides us with the information

    necessary where the problem to be solved and the key success indicators are expressed.

  3. With this information, our strategic solutions team designs the plan

    action that may include workshops, group and individual coaching sessions, sessions of

    neurolinguistic programming and other specific activities aimed at the population that

    will be attended to.

  4. Once the solution design is complete, our team meets with the project leader.

    for its presentation, approval and final coordination for its execution.

  5. Finally, the impact of the intervention is checked according to the success indicators,

    in order to complete the process.
