With love, food, knowledge, wisdom, and recreation, people will be empowered to build a better future.

We aim to revolutionize the way we interact with the world, and to do so, we need to prepare the world's future owners.

Access to basic elements of survival keeps the body alive, but access to divine knowledge and wisdom transforms the human being into a spiritual being. And that is one of the greatest aims of our foundation: to form whole beings prepared for every good work.

Our Team

  • Willy Toro

    Founder

    Willy Toro is dedicated to consulting, training, and research in neuroscience, coaching, and human talent management. He is a certified professional PCC trainer from the International Coaching Federation and a member of the ICF Board of Directors. He is an international speaker, coach, trainer, mentor, and consultant in international relations, strategic planning, team building, human resources, education, and politics. Under his supervision and training, hundreds of coaches have received certifications as ICF accredited holders. He is the CEO and founder of Maximize Neuroscience and Coaching®️, and has been consulting for over 25 years. He has established companies in Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Brazil, Uruguay, and Germany in the areas of advertising, marketing, dietary supplements, finance, coffee, education, and technology.

  • Verónica Leddihn

    President

    María Verónica studied at the German School in Valparaíso, where she met Willy, whom she married and raised a family of five children. They currently live in Lima.
    She has worked in various roles, but her favorite is supporting families who choose to homeschool.
    She is one of the founders of the 2 Nutriments Foundation and is the current President of the foundation in Peru.
    She is also one of the creators of the Piensa platform, developed to facilitate the comprehensive development of children who wish to participate in an independent education system.
    She is also a coach and leads various programs to support women seeking to fully develop themselves.

  • Benjamin Toro

    Director

    Benjamin is a serial entrepreneur. At just 13 years old, he founded his first company, which operated in two countries, providing services to large international companies. Today, he is a Founding Partner, General Manager, and Mentor Coach at Maximize, and a Manager at the technology-based financial company Banka. He is the founder of the Kingdom Braves Rugby Club and Director of 2 Nutriments Foundation.

  • Manuel Pinedo

    Certified drama therapist at Edras, composer, and musical theater director. He has performed countless musical theater productions with people with disabilities in both Chile and Peru. He currently directs the theater group Musical Ciudadano.

  • Francisca De Calisto

    An occupational therapist from the Universidad Mayor de Chile, she has been involved in developing the methodology of the Musical Ciudadano theater group since its founding in 2015. She has provided therapeutic care for inclusive theater productions in both Chile and Peru.

  • Rodrigo Pérez

    A speech therapist graduated from the University of Chile, he has dedicated his career to contributing to social well-being. Within the Foundation, he launched the "Abrazando Batuco" project, an initiative that created opportunities for healthcare professionals, providing assistance to more than 20 families. His commitment and leadership have left a significant mark on the community, demonstrating his passion for improving the quality of life of those most in need.
