About Us
We are the family sports club that seeks to generate transformation through sports and values.
Rugby Values
Rugby is a team sport, characterized by its need for belonging. Players are noble and dedicated to their team, respecting both their opponent and the referee.
It's a sport where it's impossible to win alone. It's a constant effort of humility, of passing the ball to your teammates and letting go of the spotlight for the benefit of the team. Every player has a role, and they're all important.
Fellowship
Everyone contributes their part to achieve the goal. And if they don't, the mechanism doesn't work.
There's respect for our colleagues, and there's an immense amount of solidarity: " Where you can't reach, I can. I take on my responsibility so you can take on yours."
Respect for the adversary
“The myth of the third half, that at the end of the game both teams go have a beer, is true in rugby.”
It's a discipline where there's no insult or offense to the opponent in any way, and when it happens, no one justifies it. Furthermore, in such cases, the sanctions are exemplary.
SACRIFICE
In such a physical and exhausting sport, you fight to the point of exhaustion for the team.
“The image of 130-kilogram players with their heads split open, pushing and struggling to the limit of their strength defines the concept of sacrifice.”
EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT
Players, when subjected to blows and loads, must learn to control their fear and aggression, bringing out the best in themselves.
CONTINUOUS LEARNING
Even if the team is winning, no one relaxes; the thirst to continue learning is fueled, regardless of victory or defeat.
BELONGING
The pride of feeling part of something and acting according to its values
