COMERCIO JUSTO
We train and support highland communities to transform raw materials into high-value products, such as alpaca yarn and coffee. We provide them with access to technology, knowledge, and sustainable markets, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their work and that their products can reach new markets, including international ones.

FIRST STAGE:
TRANSFORMING LIVES WITH ALPACA FIBER
Discover how the 2 Nutriments Foundation's Fair Trade program is addressing challenges in Patacancha. From fighting poverty to preserving culture, we're transforming alpaca fiber to improve the lives of the community. Your donation is the key to overcoming hardships and building a brighter future. Join us on this journey toward hope.
SECOND STAGE:
Alpaca Fiber for Sale
Despite having to sell the unprocessed fiber, we are using those resources to get our plant up and running. Although we face difficulties and feelings of injustice, we continue forward with gratitude and determination.
THIRD STAGE:
The plant begins to operate
We are excited to complete the first stage of our alpaca fiber production plant's operational start-up. We have a committed team of women working hard: spinning, sorting, and washing the fiber to make way for the next phase of the project: the production of garments and products for domestic sale and export. We are deeply grateful for the support and prayers we have received. We invite you to be part of this exciting journey! Help us help. Thank you for your collaboration!
FOURTH STAGE:
Handcrafted Clothing Contest in the Sacred Valley
We launched the fourth phase of the project with a handmade clothing contest, supporting the communities of the Sacred Valley. With the participation of 20 communities and 7,000 people, we seek to promote fair trade, ensuring that profits from product exports directly benefit the communities. Together, we transform the future of these communities!
FIFTH STAGE:
Expansion of Artisanal Products and New Markets
In the fifth phase of the project, we opened our physical and online stores, promoting high-quality handcrafted products made by the communities of the Sacred Valley. We also launched the "Casa y Hogar" competition, opening up new opportunities to expand our handcrafted offerings to the world. Let's continue working together to take Andean art and sustainability further than ever!
Umapata Coffee
The Umapata community produces exceptional coffee, supported by our foundation in its transformation into a product. From packaging to branding, we present Café Real, the result of this collaborative effort.
Solar Plant: A Historic Milestone in Huarqui
Together with President Sinforoso, we designed the first solar plant in Huarqui, transforming lives with renewable energy and new opportunities for the community. This is an unprecedented milestone that will mark a new chapter in its development. Thank you for believing in and joining this change!
Meeting of alpaca leaders in Patacancha
This video documents the strategic meeting with alpaca leaders in Patacancha, where the Sorting Program was presented. The meeting took place on Wednesday the 25th at the Training, Collection, and Sorting Center in Ollantaytambo, with the support of the Cusco Alpaca Fiber Technological Innovation Center (CITE). A firsthand look at the event that marks a milestone in the Alpaca Project, with the goal of transforming the industry and improving the quality of life in the community. No embellishments, just the essential details of the event.

Your support is essential
Oligopoly and Prices: The intervention of the oligopoly has impacted the purchase prices of fiber and classified materials. A 30% increase in the purchase price of fiber has been observed, while the purchase price of classified materials has decreased by 30%.
Financial Difficulties: These fluctuations have left us with significant financial difficulties, making it almost impossible for us to finance the operations and progress we have made so far.
We invite you to support!
Your donation has a direct impact on overcoming these challenges and continuing the fiber transformation program.
With your help we will:
-

Financial Sustainability:
You will enable the community to maintain its financial independence by overcoming outside interference.
-

Socioeconomic Improvement:
You will directly contribute to improving the income and socioeconomic status of the Patacancha community.
-

Cultural Preservation:
By supporting us, you are helping preserve the community's rich culture, family, and traditions, which are at risk due to migration and other threats.
